It’s all in the Details…

This wedding was amazingly colourful, with deep red dresses, navy blue suits, gorgeous winter themed flowers and an amazing buttercream cake topped with winter fruits.

Bridal Prep in The Hayloft

The morning buzzed with excitement as the bride and her bridesmaids, a fun and lively bunch, prepared for the day ahead in the charming hayloft. With Trust Salons on site taking care of them everyone looked amazing in their red robes and dresses.

Groom Prep in the Farmhouse

Meanwhile, the groom was geting ready in the venue’s farmhouse. The rooms here have such beautiful light so we made sure to make the most of that and get some great off the cuff portraits.

Against the backdrop of autumnal leaves, we captured some natural shots on the venue’s driveway.

The Bride’s Reveal to Dad

This is one of my favourite moemnts on a wedding day. The moment the bride’s Dad sees her in her wedding derss for the first time. Safe to say, there were tears – happy ones of course – before we all got ready to head down to teh ceremony.

An Indoor Civil Ceremony

Despite the weather nudging us indoors for the ceremony, the venue was transformed into a breathtaking winter wonderland reflecting the couple’s chosen colors. From both the floor and the balcony, I silently captured the moments throughout beneath the beautifully decorated canopy.

Confetti from the Balcony

Following the heartfelt vows, guests spilled outside to shower the newlyweds with confetti, creating a joyful spectacle from both ground and balcony perspectives.

Group and Couple Photos

Against the backdrop of vibrant autumn leaves, we captured timeless group photos before whisking the couple away for romantic shots amidst the picturesque grounds, highlighted by a dramatic winter sky.

The Wedding Breakfast

Inside, the wedding breakfast room had winter Christmas vibe, decorated with rich reds, greens, and rustic fir cones. There was an absolutly amazing sweet table which was just too tempting. It looked too good to take anything from it though!

Speeches followed with some great reactions from both th couple and their guests.

Sparklers and Fireworks!

As dusk fell, we ventured outside for the evening finale – sparklers and fireworks! Well, it was Bonfire Night after all – how could we not?

Evening Celebrations

The evening continued indoors with a heartfelt first dance…

Afterwards, the bride and her Dad put on a surprise show wiht a choreographed dance they’d practised! This paved the way for the guests to join in on the dancefloor, leading to lots of fun coloureful photographs to end the night!
