Hi there, I’m Kate. I’m a hugely family-orientated person as well as a big softie when it comes to, well, pretty much anything! I’m one of those that always cries at the happy stuff!
And what’s happier than bringing a beautiful human into the world?! When Should I Book?
The best time to book a maternity session is after your 20 week scan.
Typically the best time to have your session is between 30 and 36 weeks, as this is when your bump will look amazing but it won’t be too close to your due date.
I feel self conscious…
It’s completely natural to feel nervous and apprehensive. It’s entirely up to you how much of your body you feel comfortable showing, but I promise you’re going to look amazing.
This is all about empowerment and celebrating your body.
What do I wear for the shoot?
You can wear your own clothes if you feel more comfortable, or you can select from my range of beautiful maternity dresses and outfits.
My outfits are super easy to take on and off and will fit all shapes and sizes.
Can my partner join in?
Abso-flaming-lutely!
You can go solo, or you can bring your partner and have some gorgeous couple photos as part of your maternity session too.

When Should I Book?
You can book your newborn session as soon as you’d like to!
Typically, the best time for a newborn session is between 5 and 14 days after giving birth, while baby is still sleepy and easier to pose.
What if the baby comes early/late?
Newborn sessions are very flexible to work around the baby arriving earlier or later than planned. So no need to panic about losing your booking.
Can the parents join in?
Oh my goodness, yes!
I know you’ll want some gorgeous images of your newborn on their own, but another beautful part of a newborn session is capturing those loving moments of you both/all as a family.
Can you come
to my home?
Of course, if you feel this is better for you.
My studio is set up to provide a calm and warm environment however I understand it can be stressful leaving your home. A lot of my props, lights and backdrops are portable so I can bring them to you.

A maternity photography session is a perfect way to celebrate your body and the new life it’s carrying. This is an incredible time in your life and you want photographs to reflect that.
Opt for an outdoor maternity photography session in Worcestershire if you want to embrace nature and capture some outdoor natural light images.
Or choose a studio session at my home studio in Bewdley if you’d love some beautiful empowering images taken indoors.

Newborn Sessions
Home or Studio
My home studio in Bewdley is perfectly set up to welcome your new arrival.
With warm and inviting spaces for you to relax, easy access to private changing and feeding spaces and a range of backdrops and props, you can rest assured you’ll come away with some gorgeous images of your little one.
We’ll also get some gorgeous images of you all as a family too.
Or if you’d prefer to stay in the comfort of your own home in or near Worcestershire, I can bring a small amount of lighting and props to you. I understand it can feel overwhelming to leave your home in the first stages of motherhood, so this is the perfect alternative to a studio newborn photography session.
Options & Pricing
Maternity sessions last around 60 minutes in one location. You’ll have a minimum of 30 edited images to choose from.
Newborn sessions are more flexible to allow for feeding times and outfit changes, so typically last 60-90 minutes.
All bookings include an immersive in-person gallery reveal with refreshments and a slideshow to music, allowing you to view your images at their best and choose your favourites to keep forever, whether as downloadable digital files, as beautiful prints or in a gorgeous handmade photo
