photography mini sessions – terms, conditions & important information
Confetti Fields Admission: General admittance tickets are required to access the confetti fields. General Admission is £9.95 per person (under 5s are free of charge) and tickets will be on sale directly with The Confetti Fields. You cannot purchase tickets at the gate. Dogs are not allowed at these fields and cannot be left in cars. Facilities at the confetti fields include portable toilets, sheltered seating areas and pop up stalls selling food, drinks and crafts. Admission is based on a 60 minute arrival window, so please ensure your admission ticket time matches up with your mini-session time. Late arrival will mean your session will be cut short, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.
Lavender Fields Admission: General admittance tickets are required to access the lavender fields. General Admission is £7.75 per adult and £3.50 per child (under 5s are free of charge) and tickets are purchased at the entry gate upon arrival. Only card payments are accepted. You do not need to book tickets in advance. These fields welcome well behaved dogs on leads. Facilities at the lavender fields include portable toilets, a shop selling food, drinks and lavender products, and sheltered seating areas. Late arrival will mean your session will be cut short, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.
Wyre Forest Admission: No ticket is required to enter the forst however a small car parking fee applies which is payable on arrival by card only. Parking is £3.50 for up to 1 hour or £8 for all day. The forest facilities include a cafe, toilets and a children’s play area, as well as the popular Go Ape attraction and various woodland trails. Dogs are welcome at the forest and inside the cafe. Late arrival will mean your session will be cut short, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.

A secure online gallery will be emailed to you within 3 days of the session date for you to choose your inclusive high-resolution images. These will be instantly downloadable from your online gallery. Digital downloads are strictly non refundable and non transferrable once downloaded, as you have instant access to downloaded files. Additional digital images and prints can be purchased after receiving your gallery. Please view my Product Guide for a full price list.
All mini session bookings are final and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase an admission ticket in advance, if required. Sessions cannot be rescheduled to another date or time. If you are unable to attend your session, however, you are welcome to gift or re-sell it to a friend or family member.
It will be at the sole discretion of Still Light Photography if the weather means the shoot will be unable to go ahead. If this should happen your voucher will be replaced for a mini session within 10 miles of Bewdley, Worcestershire, as the photography pass for the flower fields is non-transferable.
